Level 1 Entity Data (LEI-CDF)
Provide the "who is who" data for the legal entity.

A unique 20-character identifier for the legal entity. A compliant value is auto-generated, but you can edit it if needed.

The official legal name of the entity in the local language. Example: บริษัท รักไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)

The English transliteration of the legal name. Example: Rak Thai Public Company Limited

The ISO 20275 code for the entity's legal form.

The country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) where the entity is registered. Example: TH

The first line of the legal address. Example: 123 Silom Road, Silom, Bangrak

The city of the legal address. Example: Bangkok

The country code. Example: TH

The first line of the HQ address. Example: 123 Silom Road, Silom, Bangrak

The city of the HQ address. Example: Bangkok

The country code. Example: TH

The official ID of the registration authority. For Thailand, this is RA000554 (Department of Business Development).

The 13-digit ID assigned by the Thai Department of Business Development. Example: 0107537000214

The LEI of the Local Operating Unit (LOU) that will manage this record. Example: 254900A96S21I1ADG371

The level of validation performed by the LOU. 'Fully Corroborated' is the standard for public records.

The date when the LEI registration was first created. Example: 2023-01-15

This is automatically set to one year after the Initial Registration Date.

Level 2 Relationship Data (RR/REPEX-CDF)
Report "who owns whom" or file a reporting exception.

Information about the entity that directly consolidates this entity according to accounting standards.

This is automatically set to the LEI of the entity being registered.

The LEI of the direct parent company.

The nature of the relationship. 'IS_DIRECTLY_CONSOLIDATED_BY' is most common.

The document used to validate the parent relationship. 'ACCOUNTS_FILING' is typical.

Information about the ultimate parent that consolidates this entity.

This is automatically set to the LEI of the entity being registered.

The LEI of the ultimate parent company.

The nature of the relationship. 'IS_ULTIMATELY_CONSOLIDATED_BY' is most common.

The document used to validate the parent relationship. 'ACCOUNTS_FILING' is typical.
